Our upcoming 2026–2027 Season covers vast theatrical ground: From the existential dialogue in Waiting for Godot to the silly-yet-soaring music in The Pirates of Penzance, each story explores the realities of what it means to be human — sometimes through laughter or absurdity; other times through sorrow or suspense.

Now open: Indígena by Owamni
We're excited to announce that Indígena by Owamni (pronounced: in-DEE-heh-nah) recently opened in our Level One restaurant space.
Adapted from the James Beard Award-winning restaurant Owamni and founded by Chef Sean Sherman, this Twin Cities sensation offers an expanded culinary scope and showcases a broader diversity of Indigenous cuisines. Indígena by Owamni offers a pre-theater menu tailored for Guthrie patrons, plus post-show drinks and bar food service.
The restaurant is now open and reservations are available through OpenTable.
